Hi ,you usually have to give a fridge freezer a couple of hours to settle when it gets delivered if you had it switched on and then tipped it over you will have to start again . It looks like you may have to defrost it completely and start as if it was just delivered.

In many cases the icing along the rails and channels blocks the compartment from opening. When icing is the problem, the only solution was to turn or dial back the freezer temp for a day or two, and or turn of the unit to allow the jam to subside.

If it is icing up, then there is water that is collecting in there when it goes in defrost. The water should be draining out of there. The drain to it may be stopped up. Moisture is an enemy in the freezer. Moisture keeps it from getting as cold as it can.

You probably have some food on the way. Unload the freezer and see if the door would close better. Looks like you have a warm air leak.

The plug may have been mashed and deformed.
Replace it.

you have defrost problem

Defrost drain system is plugged and not draining out the back and into the drain collector. There is normally an air trap in this drain line under the back and behind a fiber removable panel. Check this trap and make sure it is clear of any blockage. You will then have to defrost the freezer and clear out the ice. Don't forget to replace the back fiber panel.
