Login to your Facebook account. On the right you'll see a Facebook 2014 copyright notice. Above that is a bunch of links. The first of these is the current language. Click that, then select your flavor/flavour of English.

Get help from the settings from you log out usually. it is 2nd last option to help. thank U!

sounds like you are filling a fake "Sign in" form.

You better use firefox or google chrome, type the facebook url and sign in into your account to change your password.

After you log in, click on what is settings, then language. Settings should be on the top right, in the middle of your name and logout.

Language tab is the last tab. Let me know if you need more help. I am including two screen shots to help you.
