Subzero 550 bottom feezer will not drain

This only sounds like a blockage in the condensate collection pan below each evaporator. Your model has a evaporator below each the freezer and the fresh food compartment. You will need to unplug the refrigerator ansd remove the panels covering these evaporators in order to see these condensate collection trays. Go to page 81 in the=> Sub-Zero_Built-in_500_Series_Refrigerator_Service_Manual.pdf You are going to have to remove these panels to understand what to look for when it comes to condensate collector pans with the drain in the middle bottom of each. Ask questions if you want I am here to help, Thanks Sea Breeze
I am pretty sure you are having a defrost drain blockage problem. Most defrost every eight hours and over a period of time the drain line that comes down from freezer into a cup like object top middle and back of the fresh food section. If blocked by gunk or ice you will see trails of liquid leaking down the rear wall of fresh food compartment until it reaches the crisper drawers. This is not always the same with every model as you may see frozen ice flowing down the rear wall of freezers on side by sides. Here is an example Click here=> Whirlpool Leak Photo taken by TechnicianBrian He has been around a good bit and deserves credit for his contributions. Here is another way to make this look more simple in clip below. TechnicianBrian.com And in this photo are several parts listed in photo group #1 were it is most likely running down the wall=> MagicChef CTB1921AR fresh food section. If you still have questions please ask and rate me if I was able to explain this well enough. Every refrigerator is made different so these are examples only. The key is to find if ice or just gunk has blocked you defrost drain. Unplug and then remove the rear panel in back of freezer. We need to see if the water is overflowing the condensate drain tray or if the blockage is in the turn the
drain leads down back of your refrigerator. Much more on this page=>

Have water coming from the freezer and dripping down in the lower section of the refer. Took out the pan and the light module-temperature dials and found a build up of ice on the bottom of the feezer...

The drain in the freezer behind back lower panel
needs opening. You can see it at the bottom of the back panel
underneath the evaporator coils. (The cold coils)
Run Hot water in the drain until it clears or use a hairdryer.
When the defrost melts the water it goes down the drain
If the drain is clogged with Ice or ? The defrost water
overflows into the ref. or freezer
Run Hot water in the drain until it clears or use a hairdryer.
Also check fan undernearh Ref in the rear
Clean condenser coils underneath

Ice forms around fan and makes a loud humming noise

It's probablly caused by air leakage through the ice room fan electrical connection inside the freezer. Behind the back wall inside the freezer, the icd fan is the fan that blows air up to the in-door icemaker. The plug on that, into a molded plug on the back of the feezer compartment, is a red plastic part with three wires in it. Try filling in around the wires and the red plastic with a bit of silicone. (if you replace the ice room fan, the new plug comes with a rubber filler which seals this spot). (PS. Next time, avoid Sears)

My feezer builds up ice at the back on the bottom

That is one of the symptoms of a failed blower fan. Typically on Frigidaire it's behind the metal shield with the thermostat knob at the back of the freezer. Go to an online parts place and look at the diagrams. To see it the fan is failed. Unplug from the wall, remove the shield, if you have an icemaker remove the two screws holding it on the wall and it's connector, then plug in the wall and either check for voltage or watch to see the fan spin.

Ge feezer model fuf14dtarwh upright. i am getting water on the bottom of the freezer which is frozen. what is causing the problem? of course the warranty is over by 9 months and the ge people won't help.

Your evaporator coils frost up in normal use and every eight hours or so the entire unit shuts down and the defrost heater comes on to melt the frost. This cycle last about 20 minutes. The melted frost drips into a drain pan and through a drain tube to the drain tray under the freezer/refrigerator where it's evaporated by the condenser fan.

Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing it out with hot water and clorox may help.
Make sure it drains quick enough to prevent refreezing. . The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the lower back of the freezer.

Ice buildup in the bottom of the feezer

Plugged drain. Thaw it out and run a stiff wire through the drain. You can use a hair dryer - keep it moving and be careful not to melt the plastic! Also after ice is soft try hot water thru the drain. Catch pan below is small so you may have to empty it a couple times. Hope this helps!

Water on floor from freezer side when we take out the drawer in freezer bottom, ice on bottom and hole for drainage froze also. Tried putting baking soda and warm water in but not helping

sounds like the feezer is frosted up its a simple fix take all food out of it and store it some where and take the freezer out side and u can just let it sit in the sun to defrost of buy some salt and sprinkle the salt all over the ice to help defrost it after all of the ice is defrosted before u plug it back in mix a 50/50 solution of salt and water and spray the entire freezer and then plug it back it and it should be ready to use
