It's simple. You can complete this task with several steps. Just follow below steps.

You are able to reset iPhone to factory settings within your iPhone. You just need to go to "Settings > General > Reset" and then choose the categories you want to reset and then apply it. If you choose "Reset All Contents and Settings", then you will get all the files in your iPhone erased.

Once you tap on "Erase All Content and Settings", you will be asked to enter your Apple ID password. Next, you will see a Popup Message informing you that All media, data and settings will be erased from your iPhone. Click on Erase iPhone to factory reset iPhone 6 Plus.

Were do you plug the cord in on a apple A1395 to take pictures from it to a pc

You should be able to simply plug in the 30-pin connector -> USB cable into your PC and it should show up and you can then import the images as you would for any other digital camera. This is the same cable you use to charge the iPad - just plug it into the USB port on your PC.

It happens.)
Why not just use the ' I forgot my passcode' option..
Won't that solve it?
Sorry to be so vague. But this is my best 'shoot'. At least for now.
