Help. How can we bipass and reset the password, or just remove it all together?

From off Press power and volume + buttons together til reset screen comes on, then select factory reset! This will take it back to when new!

is the bios setting protecting the pc with a password prompt? if so you may have to bipass the password by exposing the cpu, open the case ground yourself, remove the lithium battery, count to fifteen seconds, reinstall the battery turn it on. If it is the operating system you may have to log-into the admin settings to remove the password setting, if you have admin priviledges you can do so. if not all i can suggest to you is re-format your hard drive, and re-install windows. if you choose to re-add a passcode enter a passcode that is easy to-remember that can be thought of in plain sight that you speak daily. back up your files, photos and videos so in case this happens again you can recover your important files. if your a just like myself and, don't want this drama i would refuse to use windows, and switch to ubuntu desktop, red hat linux desktop, or xandros desktop

Hi,The battery can be replaced by removing (unclipping)the top switch panel above the keypad,you may also need to remove the small circuit board below this,the replacment battery which should have a couple of wires attached and a small plug slips down the back of the motherboard at the top left hand side,it i connected by the plug to the board,as fr your password Im sorry but I cant help you with that one.

You just need to reset the router.

There should be a small red button on the back somewhere (not the power button, just turning on and off will not work).

once reset, access the admin screens again by going to 192.168.1.1 and entering the default password...which i think it is "password"
