find files manager type application then there will be a delete option it may be an extra option at the bottom of the screen it won't be obvious

Seems like you are trying to download the pictures from the phone to the computer. If you are finding difficulty in doing that, then you could check this easy option to transfer it. please connect the mobile phone with a USB data cable, then click Menu--Notification--USB connected, then click Turn on USB storage to enter into U disk mode, make sure the mobile phone has SD card. Besides, you don't need to install driver.

U have to format your phone to format your phone backup your files to pc using pc suit then switch off your handset then press callling button,*,and 3 together and press switch on button the formating option will apears on screen ,if it does not work then press *#7370# this willl work

Open the file from file manager instead of opening it from gallary.. If it doesn't help let me know.

you have to replace centre joystick with new. also there is problem in bluetooth IC beacause of that you cant open gallery so you have to replace both things. in service centre.
