Try going into the WiFi settings on your phone and removing/forgetting the network. Reboot your phone, then try to reconnect like it is a new connection. If this doens't work, your phone may have a hardware problem, or an incompatibility with your Wireless router.

I will try with my poor English... I have the same problem but at the end I discovered that is not a bad one. For me this belongs to the AGPS soft, who try to impose the quick fixing. In fact I noticed that if you leave the HD in a good open place (with a good satellite visibility) and you leave it the time to complete a "standard aquisition", this on/off situation quickly desappear (you need normally 1 or 2 minutes...) For me it works, I hope for you too...
By the way I noticed a supplementary problem with the GPS module: In fact after few utilisations, it is not be able any more to obtain the fix, the bars of the satellites are present but they remains allways grey. Unfortunately the only solution that I found is a soft-reset. This let the GPS to work again correctly, (the bars become very quickly green). Anybody has this problem? and a better solution?

It sounds like tou have security on your wireless network and you are not entering the network key or pass-phrase correctly.

check your wifi settings by turning on your wifi, instead of selecting wpa or wpe, select infrastructure and select none for password. try also dragging your wifi home network to your phone wifi icon. and check.
