How can I delete a gmail account and ad a new one

Wow, your question is very confusing. I think you had a problem with a email address so you created a new one. Then when you go to other websites that require a logon you are trying to use the new email address? If that is correct then it won't work. You need to tell each website that your have a new email address one at a time.

How to remove the Gmail account depends on the version Android you have on your device.

Typically, you go to Settings, Accounts, Select Google, tap your email address and one of the options within the window will be "Remove Account". Tapping it will allow you to delete the account completely.

o cancel a Gmail account and delete the associated Gmail address:

• Go to Google Account Settings.
• Open the Products page.
• Click Edit under Your products.
• Click Remove Gmail permanently under Delete a Product.
  • You can also choose Close account and delete all services and info associated with it to remove your entire Google account (including your search history, Google Docs, iGoogle page, AdWords and AdSense as well as other Google services).
