My gas range beeps, turns oven light off and on, changes clock, shows random oven temp, beeps more in humidity and once turned the oven off while baking.

Houston, we have a problem... Your electronic relay control, (ERC), is shot, kaput, no bueno and must be replaced in order to correct your situation. The ERC part number is 3191106, and retails for ~305.00 dollars! (I kid you not). I guess now is the time you might consider replacement over repair. That's a good question. I went to the kitchenaid web site for parts and found a trouble shooting section. I read about how a electronic glow coil works and discovered that mine was just old and did not reach the right voltage to open the gas flow valve.
