Check the voltage to the motor when the spin cycle is active. make sure the inlet valve opened and allowed water to come in then shut and allows the motor to start. Make sure the front door switch is working to run the program and execute the commands.
If voltage is present on the motor without action then the capacitor is faulty . if not the program controller is faulty.

has it been bled correctly since all that work? Sounds like an air lock. Raise the front of the car as high as possible and chock rear wheels. Open bonnet, take off header tank cap and start the car. This helps any trapped air get to surface easier. No harm in also squeezing the hoses for a bit.

Try suspecting the tub end of the water level tube being plugged with " goop " so that the washer thinks it is still full of water, thus will not fill or spin. Take the front panel off by releasing the push in clips at the top of the front panel, in the seam where it meets the washer's top. Now, find the tube at the left side of the outer tub and pull it off the tub. Clean it out or cut off an inch (don't do the cutting thing more than one time) and replace after using a thin wire to clean out the tub end of the attachment. To help prevent this from re-occuering, every few months, fill the washer to the lowest setting with the hottest water, no clothes, and several cups of bleach, and run the longest cycle you have (with no clothes, of course). Make sure to rinse out the tub on a higher water level before you wash a load of clothes.

Yes, its sounds like you might need to replace the cylinoid, that the part that the hot and cold lines hook to the back of the washmachine itself.

You need to first check your water inlet hoses & make sure they are not kinked or plugged.(verify by disconnecting hoses & opening to make sure water flows. If ok. Then check for cold water operation at fill valve. If no cold water after a few seconds then the problem is the water fill valve. If this doesn't help. Post findings for further troubleshooting.

you have a flood condition,,or overfill,,we must get rid of the water it seems the pump cant do it,,also it can be tripped or make this display fl if to much suds are in unit ..press stop than cancel and it will clear...than put unit in drain,,if water doesnt drain we have a drain problem that caused the fl error..onthejob

If the water continues to run into the washer after switching it off, then the water inlet valve is sticking, and needs to be replaced, this is the valve where the hose(s) connect to.
If it stops running in when you turn the washer off, then it is the water level switch that is not working.
Plz rate my solution.
