How to fix drip coming from heating element seal beneath the machine?
You will need to replace those rubber or neoprene seals (washers). Which means you will need to pull the dishwasher out and then tip it back about 45 degrees (or more) so you can work on it. Make sure the power cord is unplugged, then you can find and disconnect the wires that go to the heating element, then remove the heater nuts. Then you can pull the element out and replace those rubber washers (if you can get them - try SearsPartsDirect, or repairclinic.com). If you can't get them separately, you might have to order a complete new element which comes with new washers.

Switch off the m/c. Remove the heater and clean the gasket seating area. Replace the gasket. If new gasket not available, clean the old gasket free from oil.
Apply rubber solution on both the ends metal parts. Allow it to dry. Now attach the heater along with gasket. Use after few hours.
