Push the red button all the way in as far as it goes and turn the knob to the left (counter clockwise) past it's normal position. Then you can pull the knob out. When you replace it make sure that the pin part fits inside the slot of the shifting arm inside the tool.
It is possible that the belt is slipping inthe washer in the motor drive.
Check below in the washer and check the belt, the belt tension,. if the beltt seems worn out replace or adjust .
Now check the drive for friction, use some light oil to lubricate the motor and the drive spindle.
test to confirm.
Remove hose at washer connection and check screen filter not blocked with grit from pipes. Check screen at tap end also. If both clear, machine may need water valve replaced.
There is a distinct possibilty there is engine damage caused when the belt broke. It is best not to turn the engine at all once this happens. Sometimes you can be lucky and there be no damage. Let's hope that's so in your case. These belts are supposed to be replaced every 100,000km.

You can replaced the belt, the best way to get a new one is to call a local pc shop. They may have one in stock and if they don't they can order one for you.

Try these steps,i hope this helps you.
This is caused by an unseated or unlocked transfer
belt.
1. Open the top cover and check that the transfer belt is
properly seated and locked in position.
■ Reseat and re-lock the transfer belt.
■ If the fault recurs replace the transfer beltt.
2. Check the condition of the transfer belt harness
(especially if replacing the belt does not resolve the
problem).
■ Reseat or replace the harness if defective.
3. Check the signal on Pin 1 (CN10) on the main board.
■ Replace the main board if the signal is low.
