Solution. Unplug the machine. Hold the power button for 10 seconds. Plug back in. Push the power button and the washer should turn on. Walk away leaving the machine on. When I did this, I came back to find the drum light off and machine would start on command now. Good luck.

Hi

Remove the dispenser, pour water into the opening and make sure water can get into the machine freely. Inspect the opening for soap build up.
If water goes down slowly then open the washer door and check at the bottom for anything blocking the water inlet port into the washer (socks can sometimes cause a blockage).
If it all checks out ok, make sure the machine is properly leveled and not leaning forward.
