Can you hear the sound when you talk to someone ? if yes the only thing you need to do is to check the Speaker (Ringer).First change another ringer and try.But if you could not figure it out better to contact mobile repairing shop.Thanks for visiting fixya

The 6300 is not a smartphone, it can only install software that comes in the form of a Java application. I do not believe that there is an alternative music play available for Series 40 phones like this.

The same is the case for Real Player - there is a version of realplayer available for smartphones with the Symbian operating system, but normal phones (from all makers, not just Nokia) cannot play Real media.

The main thing is that nokia 6300 is series40 3rd edition.
but Real Player is Working only in Series 60 3rd edition(like N series). SO the fact is that U cannot install REAL player in Nokia 6300.

I am afraid your phone has a virus. In order to get rid of it, u need to reset your phone to factory settings. But mind you, in da process, you will lose al your stored data on the phone.

The firmware is corrupted or you have a virus on the phone either way you will need to have the firmware reflash on the phone....take the phone to a mobile service center and have that done.

might be what ur downloading needs more space then ur memory card got. ist it?
