Popped a circuit breaker and when I reset it, everything but the uline wine fridge came back on. Tried all the troubleshooting ideas in the manual

The Thermistor has failed or is failing. It is the temperature sensor that is basically your electronic thermostat.

If you have a U-Line wine cooler, for example, it will include ambient temperature surrounding the refrigerator unit.
If the thermistor 1 fails, the refrigerator will continue to operate on a preset 10 minutes on and 30 minutes off time interval.

Solution: Use an accurate ohm meter to test the thermistor. If the thermistor is defective, have it replaced.

is their power to outlet --to unit

Check condenser make sure it is clean then listen to see if condenser fan motor is running . if compressor is running cuntinuesly and other mentioned are ok it could be low on Freon

Would really need the exact make, model and year to investigate the problem more. However, try turning off the circuit breaker for at least 5 minutes and turn it back on. Does your light inside the fridge still work when you open the door? If so, you may have a little red reset button on your compressor motor that is popped up and needs to be reset by pushing it back down. If not, test that your circuit breaker is still working correctly. One quick check for the circuit breaker is when it is flipped on does the breaker switch rest firmly against the "On" position side of the breaker? If it feels like there is some play or slop between the switch and its "On" position then the breaker needs to be replaced. Let me know if any of these where the issue.

Does it appear to be running as fast as it always did, as in RPM's are same as usual? If there is a fuel problem and rpm's decrease due to that, voltage will drop as well. Other causes may be internal problems with generator circuits etc, and will need technician to troubleshoot it properly.
You can try increasing the throttle manually and see if voltage comes up.

OK if you have a 20 series and you have a light and no fan or compressor then you need a thermostat. This will have 2 wires to it and if you bypass the thermostat the unit should run. If it does then replace the thermostat

No it has no sensor it sounds like the circuit breaker has tripped or the is no power at the plug..try plugging a radio or lamp in to the plug to test
