The shaft has probably become tight in the bearings and the assembly will need to be dismantled for cleaning and possibly lubrication - I am unfamiliar with the Ninja but the average blender is a fairly basic mechanism and not many fasteners have to be removed before the parts needing attention either fall off or can be removed. It is a fairly intuitive process for the handy person.
You could perhaps start with the nut on the blade - there seems enough exposed thread to judge whether it is left or right hand thread and it shouldn't be particularly tight. Lots of cloth should be used when holding the blade...
I have the whole blender. White with a red glass pitcher.
I have only used it twice. For ice. What would you pay for the whole blender? You would then have a back up of it all. Works fine. Just too heavy for me.
Power cord is pretty standard for appliances/desktop PCs/printers. I would try the local Goodwill, they all have a wall with cords for every manner of appliance. On any given day, my local Goodwill has them in black and grey. Or any electronics store will have them.
As far as the lid - I'm not sure if you lost/broke the entire thing or just the plastic cap in the center. That Jenn-Air center plastic piece is easily broken. Your local Ace Hardware or True value sells replacement Blender cap inserts. Glass center with aluminum washer/nut that screws on from below. Looks better than original and won't yellow.
There is a store at Bondi Junction (Oxford street) where I purchased replacement blades as mine broke. Dont have their details though. Try tracking them down.
