Not really a problem but what does the recirc button over AC button do? What's the function? How do I check the front brake pads? And how do I open the inside of passenger door for the replacement of...

Ok.. 1st.. the AC recirc button closes off outside air from coming in.. This allows the air inside the car to recirculate through the AC system and hopefully cool the inside of the car better.

2. You usually remove the wheels to allow you to visually inspect the pad thickness.
3. Normally outside trim is replaced from the outside of the door. There is not a need to remove the interior door panel.. Hope this helps.. Good Luck!

Dryer has power. control lights working. when you press the start button the only sound is a humming noise. will not start.

Check your drive belt which is located around the outside of the drum. The "hummmm" you hear sounds like the motor running. Normaly this motor provides the power to the belt which surrounds the outer surface of the drum (where u put the cloths)........ the belt wraps around the outside of the drum, then around a small pully mounted on the shaft of an electrical motor normally located just below the drum on the inside of the outer enclosure. This motor will be mounted to the the dryer's frame by a mounting plate. This motor mounting plate will pivot (like a hinge)..... it will also have an extension spring hooked to it which provides tension to the drive belt when properly looped around the pulley on the drive motor. When the belt breaks or snaps....... the drum stops spinning..... however the drive motor still runs. Thats the noise you hear! Diss-assemble outer sheet metal providing access to drive belt and replace with correct belt recommended for your model dryer. Caution should be used during repair........ ALWAYS UNPLUG POWER CORD PRIOR TO SERVICING ALL/ANY APPLIANCE's !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Need outside plastic radar cover

Plastic cover as in the radome? If you still have the damaged dome the cheapest solution will be to repair it with a thin layer of fiberglass. All you have to ensure is that the fiberglass is pure and no metal shards get close during the repair.
Otherwise, give your local Radio Holland office a shout to find out if they might have a second hand dome, if not you will have to buy a new one.

Have a 10''band saw with 254mm blabe need to no the size of blade to replace / alum blade glide so i can replace montgomery ward 10''band saw belt drive

Your 10 inch saw takes a 59 inch blade, I think, it will say on the package if you buy from lowes or home depot, no matter what the thickness is, 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, You don't want to go any bigger than that. The belt for the drive is just a v-belt, measure the old one or get the number off it, or just measure the distance around the pulleys. Hope this helps.

Disk drawer will not open

A small motor turns a belt, which then drives the gear that operates the drawer. Over time this belt stretches or breaks, and the drawer doesn't open. Replacing the belt cures the problem.

I've looked at the couple of belt catalogs I have, and nothing for NAD is listed. You'll need to measure the old belt circumference and thickness. Almost all of these are square belts, usually in the range of 2.5 to 3.5 inches circumference. If you're measuring the old belt, take off 10 to 15% since it has stretched.

A local electronic service shop may have a suitable replacement. Otherwise there are many sources online (MCM Electronics is one I deal with frequently here in the US). In a pinch, you can even use a small rubber band until you find the right replacement.

Hope this has helped. Thanks for using Fixya!

08 Victory vision tour I have a squek while driving at low rpm that coensides with the tourqe of the engine. Drive belt looks good. could this be a bearing?

In general, if the rear wheel alignment isn't just about perfect, the drive belt will squeal. The colder the weather, the more noticeable the squeal will be. With proper allignment, when the rear wheel is off the ground, if you rotate the wheel in the forward direction, the belt should slowly move from the outside edge of the rear drive sprocket to the inside edge. When you rotate the wheel in the reverse direction, the belt should slowly move from the inside edge toward the outside edge.
