If your Bionet CardioCare 2000 ECG machine is indicating that the paper is empty even though the paper roll is correctly loaded, there could be a few reasons for this issue:
Paper Jam: Even though you've loaded the paper roll, there might be a paper jam inside the machine that is preventing the paper from feeding properly. Check if there's any paper stuck or misaligned within the paper path.
Paper Not Loaded Correctly: Ensure that the paper roll is properly loaded and inserted into the machine according to the manufacturer's instructions. Sometimes, improper loading can cause the machine to not detect the paper correctly.
Paper Sensor Issue: The machine has sensors that detect the presence of paper. There might be a malfunction with the paper sensor, causing it to inaccurately detect the absence of paper. Dust or debris could be affecting the sensor's operation.
Paper Roll Compatibility: Ensure that you're using the correct type and size of paper roll that is compatible with the Bionet CardioCare 2000. Using the wrong paper could lead to detection issues.
Sensor Calibration: There might be a need to recalibrate or reset the paper sensor if it's misaligned or malfunctioning. This would likely require referring to the user manual or contacting the manufacturer's support for guidance.
Machine Error: There could be an error or malfunction within the machine's internal components that is causing it to incorrectly display the "paper empty" message.
In any case, I recommend the following steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
Carefully review the user manual to ensure that you've loaded the paper correctly and followed all the steps accurately.
Check for any visible paper jams or misalignments within the paper path.
If possible, power cycle the machine by turning it off, waiting for a minute, and then turning it back on. Sometimes, a simple reboot can resolve minor issues.
Clean the paper sensor area and the paper path to ensure there's no dust or debris affecting the sensor's operation.
If none of the above steps work, consider contacting Bionet's customer support or a qualified service technician for further assistance. They should be able to guide you through troubleshooting or provide professional help to resolve the issue.
Please note that specific instructions could vary based on the model and its specific design, so referring to the user manual and manufacturer's support is essential for accurate troubleshooting.
Your machine might have a blocked water level sensor or sensor tube.
Many machines have independant sensors for when the water level is full and when empty.
After the wash cycle, if the machine just continues to try to pump water out (even when empty), then it's most likely a sensor problem.
Sometimes, the sensor also has a breather tube, and if this clogs with fluff / debris, similar symptoms esult.
Yes it is a timer issue, and yes the whole timer will need to be replaced. If you are handy it is not very hard. You can order the timer from marcone.com with your model # and it will show you a parts breakdown so you can see hoe to replace it easier
OE error is because the machine is slow to empty..Check and see if the machine is draining slowly or not at all..Sometimes coins get caught in the impeller itself...The type of pumps used on LG machines can fail because of muck and detritus getting behind the impeller back plate..Dismantle pump. Mark pump and body to help with re-assembly. If impeller comes out of motor body, you'll have to feplace the pump motor..Universal pump motors are generally ok.. Gravity drain to empty machine.. Good luck....Nomess
Hi One thing you want to make sure you do is leave the machine on when you remove the drege drawer other wise the machine doesn't know that you emptied it. Remove the drip tray and pull the empty drawer out about half way and leave out for 15 seconds. Then push the drawer back in from the right front side with 1 finger. That way you make sure that you engage the switches in the machine. If you slam the drawer in you can pull it away from the switch and it will say drege drawer missing. If you put the drip tray back in, it can sometimes lift the drege drawer and disengage the switch. There is a notch in the right side of the drip tray that has a flashing on the back side of it. You can remove about an 1" of the right side of the flashing and it will stop the lifting of the drege drawer. Remember to leave the machine on when you empty the drege drawer other wise it doesn't know.
It says that cyan ink is empty, installed too fast sometimes gives machine the error, look at the window on the side you insert into the machine, if you hold it level you should see ink in the window, if not it's empty. Covering that window with electrical tape will buy you some time
no you dont have to take the machine apart all the time usually the machine will flush itself but you need to run a empty load of HOT water and detergent and bleach in rinse to help clean the outter tub
