Some appliances have electrical schematics on the back of the fridge, some are hidden behind rear cover. Wire,Switch or fuse..not much else it could be.
Ice makers can usually be removed as a single unit. Find and remove a couple of screws and unplug the wiring harness. Disconnect the water hoses and remove unit. If you can't determine the cause from a visual inspection, a complete new unit can be obtained and installed.
That hose actually ran Through the floor of your refrigerator on your model. so the leak is most likely under the floor of the fridge in the line coming from the water reseviour to the outlet.
That was strange, I first checked at GE and the model did not exist. I went to our vendor and they had the drawings. There is not a filter in your unit. I would suggest an inline water filter such as the one at the site below. Thanks for asking.
Ice maker bad or the ice maker water valve mounted on the same bracket as the dispenser is bad. These frigs are prone to bad ice makers after a few years.
Possible main pcb failure failure which would cause everything to cut out and restart . Is the compressor or back of the appliance hot ?? Do all the control lights go out when the compressor cuts out ??
