After disconnecting the mains open up behind, it could be a shock absorber (damper) which is broken.

Only way to be sure if it is the heater, is to test it with a meter.
They are a fairly straightforward job to replace

SOURCE: bosch washing machine not emptying

There should be a filter located at bottom right front of washer.
To clean it ,unscrew anti-clockwise, remove and clean it.
If you cannot see the filter, it may be behind a removeable plastic cover at bottom of washer..
Hope this helps you

My Bosch WFL 2060 has a new motor and a new electronic panel. It fills but then it won"t start the wash cycle. Any help ou there on this computer machine?

Hi welcome to Fixya. Replacing the motor is pretty straight forward however, the issue with simply replacing those controls is that they do not come configured. This must be done before installing and operating the control. It cannot be done once installed and continuous attempts to use it could cause damage to the control. I can send you a guide on "how to" but I'm presently out and do not access since I'm using my iphone. I'm currently in the process of setting up a windows live account that will allow people to access these things much easier, but I'm not there yet. Stay tuned ha ha ! Let me know if you'd like further assistance. macmarkus :)
