Hello -

Apparently, the Diplomat brand of ovens ended production in 2008.

Prior to the end of production, Diplomat was part of the MFI company, with the company's Hygena brand name combined with Diplomat.

I have not yet found a user manual for Diplomat Elite Double oven online.

However, I have found a Hygena Diplomat manual online (free) and the manual has instructions for the clock. The instructions MAY be the same for your oven (I hope.)

Have you checked for power in and out of switch at top of pedal when pedal depressed?

Try replacing the horn fuse or relay to make sure you're getting a good supply of power. Check wiring connections at the horn to make sure they're clean, not corroded, etc. Figure out where the ground wire from the horn (usually black) connects to the body or wiring harness and check that connection. A bad ground can cause the problem you describe.

How much money are you wanting to get into the USA? Millions? Billions?

Find a diplomat. Bribe the diplomat, and hope that the diplomat is "dishonest";
an "honest" diplomat would report you to the Police, and charge you with 2 crimes:
bribing an official, and for trying to circumvent currency-transfer restrictions.

Disconnect the battery negative terminal. Remove the one large and one small wires from the starter. Starter is secured to transmission with one bolt and one nut/lockwasher. I think they are 9/16" fasteners.
