How do i remove a radio from a 1993 suzuki sidekick

well thats in the FSM. easy peasy
stock radio , we cant do non stock. (vast )
i guess step 4 is it?

heater control page.
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. If equipped, disable the air bag system. (skip)
  3. Carefully pull the knobs off of the control levers.
  4. On Sidekick, Tracker, Sidekick Sport and X-90 models, grasp the trim panel and pull it off of the instrument panel.
  5. stop.... here.
radio out
electronic version not analog
remove ash tray, and hidden tray screw and tray guide

  1. Pull the heater control lever knobs off of the levers.
  2. On 1996-98 models, separate the heater control trim panel from the control unit by pulling it straight away from the instrument panel. Allow the trim panel to hang loose.
  3. Open the ashtray, then depress the ashtray retainer and remove the ashtray from the sliding track. While it is removed from the vehicle, now would be a good time to wash it out.
  4. Loosen the two retaining screws, then remove the ashtray track from the instrument panel center trim bezel.
  5. On 1989-95 Sidekick and Tracker models, remove the trim panel (Bezel) by prying it carefully away from the instrument panel.
  6. On 1996-98 models, remove the center trim bezel from the instrument panel by loosening the four retaining screws and maneuvering the heater control trim through the appropriate hole. Set the bezel out of the way.
  7. Use a screwdriver to loosen the one rear mounting bracket-to-radio screw; access can be gained to this screw through the ashtray hole.
  8. Remove the four radio front retaining screws, then pull the radio out of the instrument panel just far enough so that the electrical connections on the rear of the radio can be accessed.
  9. Detach and label the wiring from the radio. Also, detach the antenna cable from the rear face of the radio
  10. pull radio. now. (if stock if not stock look for locks)

MEW 7627A double ovens keep cutting out with a click and then turns itself back on again. The control panel has been replaced and it is still doing the same thing

Hello Sheryl;

My name is Peter. I am a retired field service appliance technician.

If your unit is new it should still be under warrantee for one year.

Who replaced the control board was it a service company? You should have a 90 day warrantee on the work, which did not work.

Anyway, you may have a bad; "Infinite Switch".
An infinite switch allows the user to set the heat from low to high and everywhere in between, hence the name "Infinite." This switch differs from a "Low-Medium-High" switch, which provides only three heat settings. The infinite switch uses a bimetal switch and physically moves through the process of heating and cooling, causing the main switch contacts to open and close and controlling the power applied to the heating elements.Typically, when an infinite switch malfunctions, the surface element will not heat, or it will remain on high in every position.
  1. Before repairs or testing can begin, you must disconnect the electricity at the fuse panel, at the circuit breaker panel, or by pulling the plug. Make sure the power is off before proceeding. A jolt from 220 volts can be fatal, use caution!.
  2. Next, depending on your appliance type/model, access the infinite switch using one of the following methods:
    1. For most standard models, remove the back panel.
    2. On models with front-mounted controls, the panel is attached with screws on both ends. Remove the screws and tilt the control panel, being careful not to let the wires disengage from the components.
    3. For models with a removable backsplash, simply lift the backsplash, rest it on the cooktop and remove the screws to access the components.
    4. If you are working on an eye-level range or wall oven, remove the control panel by opening the door and removing the screws that secure it. The screws may be located under the front of the exhaust hood or below the control panel. If the control panel is hinged, tilt the control panel towards you.
    5. Some models will require that you remove the rear panel and front panel before work can begin.
    6. If the front control panel is glass, remove the screws securing the trim that holds the glass in place.

Test for continuity between the switch contacts:
  1. Remove all wires from the switch terminals. (Remember to label them!)
  2. Set the infinite switch on high and place your ohmmeter on the L2, H2, P and H1 terminals to check for continuity.
    1. If there is no continuity between L1 and H1 or between L2 and H2, the infinite switch is defective.
    2. If there is no continuity between P and H1, the indicator light circuit is defective.
  3. Remove the infinite switch by removing the screws or nuts that hold it in place and install a new infinite switch by following the disassembly instructions in reverse order. Be sure to follow the wiring diagram and install the wires to the correct terminals.

I have kenmore 110.26912690 washer. I want to remove and replace the water intake valve and it seems I nearly need to take the whole machine apart. Is this so? can you send me the how to get it out and...

The washer comes apart very easily. Problem is how the control panel is released. Either there is two screws in the front or rear of the control panel once these are removed the panel pulls forward and leans back. On some models there is two clips under the front edges of the panel which have to be depressed with a putty knife. On some models the end caps on the control panel pry off exposing the screws. After leaning back the control panel you must un-plug the lid switch, remove two brass coloured clips holding the case to the rear panel by prying with a screw driver, lean the case forward and remove the case.

The screen says F7 and an alarm keeps beeping

One of the most common problems with GE electric built in ovens is the error code "F7′ shown on the display. I've seen it many times before and today I had a service call for the same problem again. The error code "F7" will be displayed along with a beeping sound if the ERC (Electronic Range Control) or "clock" senses one or more buttons on the control panel stuck. It could be displayed in any mode: "cook", "clean" or even more often in the "time of the day" mode. In order to fix it, the control panel has to be replaced. This is a very simple job and you will need just a 1/4′ nut driver and a Phillips screwdriver.
To get the right replacement part just click on the link AppliancePartsPros then type the model number of your oven (it is located at the bottom left corner on the door frame of the lower oven) in the search box, click on the "search" button and in the new window type the word "control panel" in the "search by keyword" box and click the "search" button.
Always turn off the circuit breaker first.
Open the oven door (if you have a double oven, it should be the upper one) and remove three screws (on some models just two on corners) from the bottom of the control panel. If the control panel on your oven is made of stainless steel, then you have to pull the oven out of the cabinet for about 2′ to 3′ to get better access. Pull the control panel forward and up to remove the tabs on the top of the frame, out of the holes in the end caps. Pull the control panel out and turn it about 90° toward yourself (the face of the control panel down). Unplug the control panel ribbon from the ERC. Remove four screws holding the ERC to the control panel. On some models you also have to remove the screw which attaches the ground wire to the control panel. Let the ERC hang on its wires, remove the old control panel and replace it with the new one. On some models before you do it, you have to remove the end caps and the bottom shield from the old control panel and install them on the new one. Do not forget to plug the new control panel ribbon into the ERS slot. Attach the new control panel to the oven and turn the circuit breaker on. Set the time of the day and you are back in business
