The only ways around blocked sites are to either turn off the protection on your computer (a BAD thing to do)

OR

If its on a network ask the person who set it up to allow the site in question.

OR

If you are trying to get to a site via another persons internet connection that is NOT your then you should consider getting your own internet service.

You didnt give enough information to enable me to say any more than that. eg. router, modem, network, site address etc etc etc.

It does look like you may have a problem with the hard drive on the computer.

In regards to recovering your data if you have access to another computer you can connect the hard drive to it to see if the data is recoverable. Note since you ran the system recovery it may have over written your data. If this is the case then you might check with your local computer store to see if they have a hard drive data recovery program. As long as there is not a physical problem with the drive they may be able to recover the formatted data.

After that I would look at the top of the drive to see who the manufacture of the drive is then download there diag and repair tool for the hard drive. While you have the drive on the computer run a repair scan on the drive. If you just have some bad sectors then the diag program will zero them out and repair the drive. If the drive is indeed bad the program will tell you this as well.

If the drive is bad and your computer is still in warranty then you should be able to get Dell to send you a replacement hard drive. If you are not sure if you are still in warranty let me know the service tag of your computer and I can look it up for you. Also note you will want to have Dell send you your recovery CD if you do not already have it.

(NOT IN ORDER) Disconnect everything around the transmission, pull both axles out, drain gear oil from trans (3/8" ratchet fits in the drain plug). support engine with block of wood on a jack under oil pan. Remove all bolts and motor mounting around trans, unhook gear shift linkages, remove starter and everything in the way. Carefully split trans from block (MAKE SURE EVERY BOLT IS OUT). You can lower the trans through the bottom of the car if you remove some things (you'll see what's in the way). Let it land on a skateboard or a creeper with layers of cardboard to protect both. When the trans is out follow the instructions that come with your clutch, they all come with easy instructions and a spline alignment tool. Examine the flywheel to make sure it's not scuffed up to bad.

Two things, a problem with the speakers, or the amp is toast. If there is a short is the speaker, wire touching, bad voice coil, the amp will go into protect. I have also seen many, many MTX amps that go bad, and just stay in protect. the easiest way to check, is to unhook the speaker wire from the amp, then power it up, if it still goes into protect without a speaker hooked to it, you have a bad amp. solutions A) figure out the password to unblock websites b) ask your mom to unblock the site, if its not bad why would she have to block it c) use a proxy server such as http://cantblock.me/ to go around it. if she has proxy servers blocked, then your kinda screwed.

This and just about any program can be uninstalled from the Control Panel. Do you have the password for k9 program? If so you could just disable it whenever you are using the computer. The K9 protection/security levels determine what sites are blocked or content is blocked.
