Blowing white smoke indicate that your burning prestone in your cylinder. Probably a hed gasket tht is craked and leaks into your cylinder , if not than it's a craked head or block again leaking into a cylinder. have you car checked for a leakdown test of your cylinders.
If it wont blow on "any" speed, rap on the blower, if it starts to blow, replace the blower motor. If not, check the fuse, (under hood fuse box) FUSE 2 40 Amps. The Pink/White wire at the blower should be 12V. If the pink/white wire is hot, and the Orange/Black wire is not, the motor is bad.
Replaced the carburetor had gas In oil. Changed oil, synthetic, 10/30 wt. Adjusted the valves. Started hard flywheel froze. Finally started then jackrabbit. Adjusted the carb throttle, was blowing blue black smoke now blowing white smoke through the exhaust. During one of restarts it didn't blow any color exhaust. Stumped. Riggs n stratton 18.5 riding mower. On fixed income need some close answers
