The F4-F is a closed loop vector inverter with feedback loop, F4-C is an open loop inverter.

Different functionality.

KEB Inverter f5 Error a.prf

Do you have a KEB Combivert? What model is it? Is your error .a prf or E.hybc or both? Hard to tell because you have posted 6 questions apparently.

Go to the KEB site, there are manuals and troubleshooting there, you will need to choose your correct model

https://www.keb.co.uk/drives/drive-controller-combivert/f5-application-drive

From another Fixya answer:
If you are talking about error code 59 then the error is E.HybC.

E.HybC means that the feedback card on the inverter has been changed.

You must confirm the change at parameter ec.0 or ec.10. The inverter reads the value from the feedback card so all you have to do it hit enter to confirm the value.

If you have not changed the feedback card but the error continues to come back then there is a problem with the feedback card or the control card.

I have a keb inverter for c51 carding machine new I need to make it start

I would guess that this is off of a Rieter machine (C51 Carding Machine). They would be your best source of information.

Verify that the unit is properly programmed and that the control wires are correct.

How to change program

Best option would be to contact manufacture of the machine that the KEB Combivert is installed in for assistance. This way you will be sure to operate the system within the design specifications of the machine.

Easiest way to program the KEB inverters is with the COMBIVIS 5 software. This can be downloaded from the KEB web site. http://www.keb.de/en/service-downloads/downloads.html?tx_damdlbycat_pi1%5Bcat%5D%5B2021%5D=2021&tx_damdlbycat_pi1%5Bshowgroup%5D=4418&tx_damdlbycat_pi1%5Bdocutype%5D%5B6%5D=6&type=767

I use KEB 18.F5.CBG340A (22,0 kW) "Compact"inverter , to run this inverter whose parameter must be set from cp mode and application mode

The CP mode parameters are a small list of parameters that are mapped from the application parameters. Not knowing what you are trying to do with the inverter, it is very difficult to tell you what needs to be programmed.

90% of the machines that us the KEB inverters use the application parameters to gain the full functionality of the inverter.

The machine manufacture whom built the machine that the inverter is installed in should be able to provide you with parameter settings.

There are instruction manuals on the KEB site.

LS means Low Speed. The inverter is enabled and is waiting for a command.

Keb inverter and lenze inverter

I would have to say that you will not be able to swap the KEB inverters with the Lenze inverters or the Lenze inverters with the KEB inverters.

The PLC ProfiBus system would most likely need to be re-programmed for the change.
