How to reset equaliser?when i turn up the volume the sound has too much bass. I fot JVC RX-5042 audio reciever .

To reset the equalizer settings on a JVC RX-5042 audio receiver, you will need to follow these steps:
  1. Press the "Menu" button on the receiver.
  2. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the "Sound" menu, and then press the "Enter" button.
  3. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the "Equalizer" option, and then press the "Enter" button.
  4. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the "Reset" option, and then press the "Enter" button.
  5. Press the "Menu" button to exit the menu and save the changes.
This will reset the equalizer settings to the default values. If you continue to experience issues with the bass level when the volume is turned up, you may need to adjust the equalizer settings manually. To do this, follow the steps above to access the equalizer menu, and then use the arrow buttons to adjust the levels of the different frequency bands (bass, mid, treble, etc.) to your liking.
I hope this helps! If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Can you tell me where the adjuster is on a mercedes c220 to adjust the pedal handbrake

Check this procedure to understand it... REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
(see Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4)
  1. Raise and support the front of the vehicle safely using jackstands.
The parking brake equalizer threads will often rust in service making adjustment or removal difficult. If necessary, spray a penetrating lubricant on the nut and equalizer threads, then allow time for the lubricant to work.
  1. Under the left-center of the vehicle, loosen the nut on the cable equalizer assembly.
  2. Separate the front cable from the equalizer.

Fig. 3: To loosen, hold the adjuster rod from turning while you turn the nut using a box wrench

zjlimited_1966.jpg

Fig. 4: The cable is usually attached to the lever using a button retainer

  1. If applicable, remove the front-cable retaining bolts and clips.
  2. Bend or squeeze the frame retainer fingers and release the cable from the frame.
On some models, it may be necessary to remove the dash trim panels to gain access to the brake pedal.
  1. If necessary for access, remove the lower trim panel from the left side of the dash.
  2. Release the cowl retainer and grommet, then disconnect the front cable from the parking pedal assembly.
  3. Attach a length of wire to the cable, then carefully pull it through the cowl leaving the wire in place for installation purposes. Remove the cable from the vehicle.
To install:
  1. Use the wire left in the cowl opening to pull the cable into position.
  2. Seat the retainer and grommet to the cowl, making sure the retaining fingers are completely through the hole.
  3. Attach the cable to the lever, then if removed for access, install the lower trim panel.
  4. Install the cable retainer to the frame, then if applicable, secure any retaining clips.
  5. Connect the cable to the equalizer, then properly adjust the parking brake. For details, please refer to the procedure located later in this section.
  6. Remove the jackstands and carefully lower the vehicle.
Hope helps.

I have a pre-Xantrex Heart 2500 inverter (1996 vintage) in a 1996 Holiday Rambler motorhome and have misplaced the operating handbook. I would like to initiate the battery equalization cycle, but have...

Find the dip switches inside the remote and switch the #1 switch on for one second then back off. Your panel should blink for 8 hours. Equalizing is not required for gel cell. If your battery array falls below 8 vt the system shuts off. Remove the 12 vt load (turn every thing off) during this procedure as higher than normal voltage is applied to the batteries. Also they will be giving off more than normal hydrogen gas during this process.

I have up-loaded the manual for these and will be posted in about 24 hrs.

My freedom 20 charger/inverter does not seem to drop down to a float charge and continues to charge batteries at a rate which makes it necessary to add water continually to my house batteries which consist...

The charger has four distinct charging stages - 1) Bulk, 2) Acceptance, 3) Float, and 4) Equalization. If your batteries are old and therefore won't reach full charge, the charger may not be able to get them up to the voltage where float charging kicks in. If you ever allowed the water in the batteries to get down to where the plates were exposed, one or more of your batteries may be contaminated with excessive sulfate buildup on the plates. The equalization process (Stage 4,which must be entered manually) will help to return any excessive sulfate builup back into solution, so you might try that and see if the performance improves.

Mutual induction

That describes a partial design of a Power inverter board for a LCD TV.
The Power inverter board drives/powers the back light inside the LCD module.
The magnetizing (or mutual) inductance is equal to the primary leakage inductance and the secondary inductance and primary inductance is equal to the square of the turn’s ratio of the coil.
Good Luck.

How do i connect my fisher equalizer to the amp model # CA-871

I assume this amp does not have separate amp and preamp.
(I cannot get the service manual for free...)
Connect the equalizer input to Tape OUT on the amp. Connect the Equalizer output to Tape IN on the amp. (Match up lefts and rights, eh?)

Now, when you press in the tape monitor button, whatever you have playing runs through the equalizer. Tape monitor button out, you hear the sound without the equalizer.

Power connection?

It stands for delayed remote. It eliminates the pop you sometimes hear when everything powers up at once. In USAC and IASCA competition circuits, you could loose points for the pop. Be sure to leave good feedback so I get paid!!$$$$$$
