I started having an unbalancing issue that progressed to now every load failure. I read the post about a similar model. Would this be a bearing and shaft issue as stated in your other solution? It sounds the same. Are there any websites that will give me a schematic drawing or video of how to repair this as it sounds labor intensive. Thank you for your help and for the helpful website.

Take the front panel off your washer. Inside the washer attached to the side you should find a manual that will help you with the error codes.

There has been a noted problem with the Kenmore Oasis and the "Out of Balance" or "Ob" error. If this is what you are experiencing, the problem has been attributed to a couple of things. Not having sufficient amount of clothes in the wash tub during a wash cycle. That is...smaller loads cause a problem when the washer tries to distribute he weight evenly in the spin cycle. Not enough clothes, no balanced weight, you get an Out of Balance indication. The other problem (which tends to be the more common issue) is the control board under the operator console. The manufacturers developed a new software to run on the new and improved control boards that is supposed to correct this problem. Double check your load distribution first (which it seems you already have), then check with the manufacturer to see if there may be a recall on your washer that corrects this problem at no cost to the consumer. I hope this helps you some.

sounds like the bearings need replaced, when replacing bearings you need to replace all of them to ensure proper function and life longevity.
SOURCE: ld error code on kenmore oasis
ld stands for long drain. If you can remove the bottom panel you will see the pump in the middle front which has a clean out you can unscrew. There is usually obstructions in the clean out such as a sock causing the long drain. When u remove the clean out cover alot of water will come out so a wet vac comes in handy.
