On most laptops, you will need to push the FN key along with the particular command, such as FN + Print Screen.

sir find the (print Screen - Sys Rq) on ur keyboard.. after you click it..
go to paint and do this comman (ctrl+v) .. then save it to your comp.. dont forget to choose what file do you like jpeg,gif,icon,png

To take screen shot of the active window hold the down the alt key and press printscreen if you want the whole desktop don't hold down the alt key. Then you can just paste it into paint, outlook or whatever application you want to put it in.
