I have same problem keeps running till freeze up so i put a timer on the power cord it shuts off at 11.00 pm till 6am in morning the water keeps pretty cold and a lot cheaper then a new board or scrapping the cooler after starting for about an hour water is cold
Hi, There is a thermostat that is to shut off the cooler. It has gone bad and will need to be replaced. Often the Culligan contract includes the cooler maintenance and repair...check with them, they should fix it for you.
if ur water cooler is freezing there could be two different things wrong, one yes is the thermostat, the second how ever is a relay switch located at the bottom of your cooler.
removed one of the two thermostats... the one that controls the temp in the lower refrigerated compartment. Now the water cooler functions correctly but the lower refrigerator is not cold enough to keep perishable food in it, but its better than it was.
