Don't let them tell you that the problem is related to "sulfur" in your water. It's a scam so that they don't have to repair the problem. The actual problem is that they don't use quality parts to build these units anylonger.

this is due to a short in the wiring most likely in the bulb socket you will have to take the entire light assembly down and trace back on each wire somewhere it is either pinched and hitting metal or there is a split in one of those wires that go to the light itself if you have any further questions message me back and please remember when our chat has fully concluded to rank how this opinion has helped it allows me to help others in similar situations Thanks again I await your reply Rick
p.s time to get out the ol multimeter and start doing some tests also check the end connector that plugs into the socket itself it is possible to still get voltage and have a split wire that is hitting off the inside of the cabinet in the ceiling area of the unit I await your reply Thanks again Rick
