Have you tried contacting Highpointe to get the user's or operator's manual? I suspect you have since I've looked and others seem to have the same problem. Is there any kind of contact information on the serial number plate or area?

If you can, call and ask them for one & tell them you never got one, or better yet, ask them why there wasn't a manual with the unit. That almost always works to get them to send one for free.

Ok, assuming none of this helps try this, I once could get no response from a manufacturer & after two weeks of trying everything I went on-line to search for the item. I found the web site of a supplier that was very positive about this particular item and so I contacted the supplier. The supplier helped me get in touch with the manufacturer and the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Sometimes you need an intermediary and a reputable supplier is always a good one since they buy many items from the manufacturer in question.

I found this one for you but you can do a search as well, 800-776-6728 for Burnstine's Distributing. They had the following: High Pointe 1.0 CU FT 900-Watt Built-In RV Microwave w/ Turn Table and Black Trim Kit - Black (replaces EM925RSL-B) - call them & tell them your problem and see what they may be able to do to help.

When a microwave is dead, the most common causes are a blown fuse, or a blown thermostat / thermal cutout / TCO on the magnetron or on top of the oven cavity.

You can find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number here.

Accessing the oven cavity thermostat for testing and possible replacement will require you to remove the oven from the wall and take off the outer cover.

If so, the installation instructions are very handy, and it's best to have two people since the microwave can be heavy and awkward.

I have just been given an Emerson Microwave Combo Oven Model MWG9115L with no instruction manual. Please help.

Most of the Emerson Microwave manuals can be found here: http://www.emersonradio.com/owners/MWO%20manual/ . The MWG9115SL is probably the same one except for the outside finish and the pdf for that is at the bottom of the list.

I to am in search of a High Pointe manual for a EM925RSL. Wich came in my 2009 Dutchmen Four Winds 26' Camper. The Dutchmen site carries quite a few manuals for the different products in their RVs.
