Hi my phone has froze I can turn on and off but nothing else can you solve this for me

Don't switch off the phone but take out the battery and sim card , wait for a few minutes then replace sim card and battery , switch on and see if that's solved the problem . If not take back to the shop

defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000


Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

problem can be solved.When a phone freezes, the phone needs to be flashed due to loss of memory in the board of the phone.

When you flash the phone, the memory of the phone will be restored and the phone will start working properly again.

If it just froze up, there's a reset button at the back/bottom, I used a staple if a paperclip isnt available. The reset button did nothing to solve my problem of only getting a screen showing "COBY" but maybe it'll help you.

There is a JTag Tool Exist for such problems and it is the only way !

plug your phone to the pc your phone should then boot up with the usb connection menu then select 'Phone Mode' and your phone should logon as normal. you will then receive a message saying phone in connection with pc or something. good luck!
