How to you take tractor apart to get to the motor?

how do you know that the battery is good? have you checked the battery and the charger with a multimeter to make sure that it is showing at least 12 volts, if they are here is a link to the owners manual and that has a schematic of the vehicle in it http://us.pegperego.com/admin/archive/manuals/Turf_english.pdf

first of all check for at least 12 volts from the battery and the charger, you can test this using a multimeter, if the battery doesn't show
any volts, lift up one side of the blue plastic housing on the top and verify that both the positive and negative wires are plugged in
