Mastermind 700 front loader. Why does it rattle and squeal in spin cycle?

Drum bearing problems and a water seal leaking would explain this. Open the door, reach in and grasp the inner tub, then lift and shake the inner tub to see if it has excess motion. It should remain tight and move with the outer tub only. If it is loose and moves, rattles or shakes then it is very likely that the inner tub has cracked or separated from the rear mounting (the spider mount) and would require replacement. The real issue is a either a broken spider mount and/or a bad bearing and seal. This is a difficult and expensive repair and not usually feasible.

Another possibility (not likely, but possible) would be a clothing item caught between the inner and outer tub. This also requires fairly extensive disassembly.

I have a LG Washing Machine Model # WM3470H*A and makes noise and it sound out of balance during spin, but it is not.

Try moving the inner tub side to side and see if moves independently of the outer tub or does the outer tub always moves with each "wiggle" of the inner tub. If it moves but doesn't move the outer tub, then you have a broken 'spyder' which is the triangle piece that holds the inner tub/drum to the hub of the outer drum. Let me know what your experience.

LG WM2277H motor coupler the drum wont spin when on spin cycle , just makes loud ratcheting noises

I would guess your "spyder" is corroded out That's the part that holds the inner tub to the hub that the tub rotates on. See if you can move the inner tub without the outer tub moving much. That would be the clue that that is your issue.

WD-8050FH, LG Intellowasher washing machine, front door gasket is twisted. What is the likely cause?

Broken spyder. The three arm hub that attaches to the inner tub. It is replaceable. Open door and wiggle inner tub. If it moves inside of outer tub, that's a sure sign.

Loud smeg spin cycle

Open the loading door and place your hand at the top of the inner tub, close to the door opening and lift slightly. Inner and outer tub should move as one solid unit. If there is play between inner and outer tubs, you likely have a tub bearing issue. That is bad news, but repairable if you have the ability to DIY.
If the tubs seem good, then look for a sock between the inner and outer tubs. Often it is in the upper left corner (but could be anywhere) close to the door opening so that you can grab it with your hand or needlenose pliers. If you give the tub a spin you may be able to locate it by sight and feel, or with a flashlight from inside the tub through the drain holes. Also look for an object that may be stuck in one of those drain holes, like a screw, etc. Let me know if this is no help, we will look for other causes.

Model # FWTR445RFS1. During the high speed spin it just started making a loud thumping noise. Tried sever different loads and it does not seem to be a clothes imbalance. I also took off the back cover...

There is a shaft that goes through a bearing in the back of the outer tub which supports and turns the inner tub. It is connected to the outside edges of the inner tub by a "spider arm". The normal play for the inner tub should be smooth, even and firm. If you can get it to move one way more than another one of the arms of the spider may be cracked. It would require removing ans splitting open the outer tub to inspect the rear support of the inner one.

Something chewed up

What you have is called spider failure. This is the three spokes that connect the basket to the spindle. The plastic is shavings of your tub.You need to get the rear of the tub replaced and the basket replaced.
