Hi Jim, See you have been looking for awhile and understandably so. I don't have a manual and don't know anyone that does. Tradesman tools are manufactured by Rexon Corp. and they have a US office. I do not know where you are located so I have included the necessary information for you to contact them and try to get your manual.
