SOURCE: i need wiring schematics for hilti te 905 avr
Wiring schematics can be found by Hilti 1-800 number but they probally will not help you. The 905 is programed to shut down for service every 40 hours plus 10 warning. Then in my case I am stuck with a 200 dollar bill to send the tool from Winnipeg to Montreal for reprograming. Its a joke in my situation and its on me from Hilti, what a good name but what a scam.

SOURCE: Hilti TE 17 Rotary Hammer repair switch fix
If you are talking about the wire going from the switch to the stator it difficult to get to. You have to remove the motor end cap, cooling fan and handle holding the switch. this will get you to the brush holders. These can be brittle so you need to be carefull. Turn the motor over and tap the end of the armature on concrete checking the brush holders every couple of taps to see if they are coming out of the motor housing. after they clear they will just come out. If you havn't done so already remove the wires going to the brush holders. Your stator will simply slide out after your brush holder comes out. This will give you access to the wires to repair.
Hope this helps.

SOURCE: Hilti TE 12. It will not hammer.
the rotory cam has been broken inside if not producing the hammer effect
could be quite a few things. e.g. stuck ram worn o rings and seals. I would suggest calling Hilti direct at 1-800-879-8000 for a service center nearest you. These are not the most user friendly tools to repair. It can be done but trust me it is a pain.
