I understand that your Frigidaire dryer is beeping and flashing lights. To reset your dryer you should disconnect power, by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker, for roughly ten minutes. Which lights are blinking on your display panel? It could be providing you an error code.

The simplest solution is if the control panel is broken , check it out

Probably thermostat switch/module got blown when you had surge. Check continuity on these with continuity light or meter.

The key is "Power Surge" you have no idea what got burnt. I've never heard of the brand is it expensive. Might need to get a replacement.

Need new condenser

There are 2 possibilities for this problem.
1. The limit switch is out. The limit switch is located on the heating element on the back of the dryer. This is a small button type part. it will have 2 prongs on it for 2 wires that slide on for power.
2. The heating element is out. This will be on the back of the dryer and depending the model it should be a long metal piece that has metal elements inside of it to heat the dryer. or it could be a large round unit. these can be tested with an om meter.

The limit switch will be the cheapest to start with on replacing.

Go to the local appliance repair parts store- they will have generic replacement elements and will likely be able to get you a right one for your dryer.
You should know if possible two things: model/serial number for your unit and length of the heating coil. (perhaps you've already taken it out)

Well if it quit the fuse is blown. The fuse mounts on the blower housinf and judges the temperature in the exaust. Check your venting pipe for obstructions and replace the fuse:
