Bluetooth claims that the drivers for the device are not installed when in fact that they were installed before. These devices i have already connected to my laptop before, but one day my laptop, all of the sudden decided that "nope, I don't know these devices and i refuse to instal their manufacturing detail into a drive".I've tried reinstalling the "Intel Bluetooth" and chose the option repair but it did nothing. I've already updated my laptop (granted that some of the "important updates" failed) non of the updates were related to Bluetooth. So I have two issues, 1. Why is the bluetooth on my laptop being a B*tch and 2. Why are some of my updates failing(even though i have more then enough space on my hard drive)?
It is possible that the registries are tangled, so you can download a Norton Utilities from CNET.com and run it to fix this registry problem (also hard drive problem)

If you were to log on to the
manufacturer's web site, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as
usually one is able to download, by model number, Customer
Instruction Manuals, list
of Dealers for spare part supplies and Driver
downloads
as required. Just Google the manufacturer's name and
follow the links. Make certain you are directed to the manufacturer's
web site as some search engines direct you to other sites and they
charge for the information that is normally free of charge. I hope this helps.

The bluetooth chipset that is inside of your laptop simply does not support Windows 7, either in 32 bit or 64 bit. However, you can purchase a bluetooth USB adapter for about $20 online. Hope this helps.

You are going to have to pair your device with your computer. Open the PC Bluetooth manager. Select seek all devices when connected. Make sure to check that option. Turn on your device making sure that it is also set to seek a connection once PC has found the device. The software will open a window that will give you paring code make sure that you type the code into the box it has to be perfectly done. Then the devices can be paired up. To see if you located your Bluetooth device go to devices you should see your device there. If not click on add new device make sure your device is turned on again able to seek. It will connect to the PC.
