have you tried a different power source or power supply ,maybe you can borrow one from a friend and try and if that don't work you might have to take it apart and see if your power cable is seated properly in the motherboard
There are no motherboard fuses. Either the power supply is bad or the motherboard is. Based on your question, I would prefer you take it to a repair shop. Otherwise it may end up costing more for the same repair.
If you are lucky to find a replacement motherboard, it is a lot more difficult to pull apart than a desktop computer. Basically you need to remove all the screws, (some are hidden in strange places), remove the keyboard, and the top and bottom case is clipped together with plastic catches. careful not to break these clips.
If I were you I would buy a new laptop because laptop they are cheaper and better.
