I need to reset my Polaroid. It has locked up and I can't get it to unlock. How do I reset it? Please I really need to unlock it but it won't unlock, so i'm going to try resetting it insted. How do i reset it?
In the event that the tablet freezes or does not function properly, press the RESET button located on the bottom panel.
Follow the link to see the diagram of where to find the switch, it is in the bottom left corner of this web page. Zoom to maximum (200%) to clearly display the picture showing the location of the reset button.
The button is tiny, you will need to use a paper clip or the tip of a stylus to press the RESET button.
Data stored on the tablet will not be affected by using the RESET button.
The location of the reset button is the same on all models.

You'll need to do a factory reset:
1. With the device off, press and hold Volume Up and Power.
2. Release the Power button when you see the logo, but continue to hold Volume Up until the recovery screen appears.
3. Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu and select wipe data / factory reset. Press Home to choose the selection.
4. Press Volume Up continue.
