No burners will ignite by themselves. No spark or pop to light, must be done manually. Found the part but cannot figure out how to remove the top to get to the part so it can be changed.

Had The same problem. I removed the top of the control panel to find out that one of the ignitor switches had turned when I replaced the four large plasic nuts on the control panel. Make sure the switches (block) are aligned, and kept aligned, when re-installing the top of the control panel. Startwreck.
SOURCE: Replace burner spark ignitor?
Electric igniters are usually very simple installs since they usually only come with a common and hot wire, and the igniter clips on to the burners right near the burner top for ignition. The easiest way a DIYer can do this themselves is to slowly take apart the current ignitor after lifting the top of the range up and taking note of every thing's placement. If you have the direct OEM part, then it either work or will not, based upon the fact that it's either the ignitor or the switch for it that has gone bad.
To test if your igniter has gone bad, remove it completely. (it should only be a small cylinder with two prongs, and two wires coming out the other side) Be sure not to strip any screws as heat from the oven will make them hard to remove. From there, you'll need to jump the connection on the top of the igniter with a conducting piece (ie: aluminum foil or wire), then test the common/hot wires with your circuit tester or volt meter. A solid tone or light means that your igniter is good, and the problem lies somewhere else.

Got an email stating more information was needed. How much more information can be added. I need to know how to take out the old spark module. In other words, how do you get to the part on the range top, from the top, from the back? What do you need to remove?
