Bottem freezer is cold , top refrigerator is not ,cleaned out from under it , there seemed to be a lot of dust.
In the back of the refrigerator, there should be a vent. Put your hand over it and see if air is coming out. This will tell you if the fan the other poster mentioned is working. If no air is moving then either the fan is bad or the channel is plugged. If only a small amount of air is moving through, open the freezer door and check the air flow again. If the flow got much better, then the return channel is plugged. Try these steps, and if they help post back and I will tell you what to do next.
It may be the fan motor that in the freezer that blow into the cooler cabinetmight be out.
