Mitsubishi hdtv 1080 ws-a65 screen broke need replacement

there are 2 functionality screens and 1 screen protector (on some)
front screen = lenticular
back screen = fresnel
very front screen = screen protector (you can replace w plexiglass)

the fresnel and lenticular are very specific.. contact your local repair center for a new one. you can cut them from old screens but have to do just right (fresnel is a lens type - pic will be distorted if off center)

maybe find a old junker tv to pull screens from because new ones are about $100 a piece

Cheapest solution is insert accesory 28 mm Diffuser in its slot(in the front of Tube).
Or buy defected Flash from ebay for this part.

Bug in screen

It is unlikely the bug got between the inner Fresnel lens and the outer cylindrical disperser lens of this DLP as the separation is minimal and blocked off all around. Much more likely is that is inside the Fresnel lens and may be cleared off with a clean microfiber cloth through a port to be found on each side (guessing) of the set. Try not to add dust. You can also go to avsforum <http://www.avsforum.com/> and search for Samsung HL-P6163 or similar 5-year old. -Ken

Sanyo ds 27510 tv no remote want to setup my tv with an antennea, wont switch from video 2

If it has a MENU button, press it and use the volume up and down to manipulate the choices, press menu again when you get to channel setup. you want AIR if using off air or Cable for cable. Next screen should say start and press menu again, the channels will start to cycle. If htat doesnt do it, you have a new model than the one I just did tonight. OneForall remotes will probably not have the setup button you need to autoprogram. Best bet is to find a Sanyo made universal remote or other Sanyo remote on Ebay as alot of the buttons are proprietary to manufacturer. Some TV's are useless without their own remote if not on a external tuner (cable SAT or digital)

Programing remote control

Since you obtained a used TV, there probably wasn't an owner's manual with it. Here is the site where you can read and/or print the manual. http://www.sanyoservice.com/pdf/images/DS27510(OM)_excluded_French.pdf
On page 6 in the Quick Tips column, the second tip states: If the remote control does not work: Press TV key (see item 1).
Good luck resolving your problem.

Lenses

The screen with the "swirls" on it is the fresnel lens and that is the one that goes in back then the lenticular lens goes next (it has the feel of a grid to it). Then the screen proetector goes on the very front. The fresnel lens only works installed one way. On Sony TV's look for the orange tag with the part number on it and put that to the lower right facing outword and usually 99% of the time this is how they go back in.
