Your Acura should not have Wires. It has 6 Ignition coils mounted directly on the spark plugs. Follow the link below for a step by step tutorial on how to change the plugs.

Do you have the Triton V8? If so, the cam phase gear/sensor could be a problem. Have your truck scanned for codes first. just a question-did you replace the fuel filter?
