Problem of starting is solved took it to a great local shop, He found a ground on the transmission housing that was corroded so that the electronics where not getting good voltage althout the ground in the trans housing was good this was a seperate ground! He also said the ABS issue is an electrical ground issue, I will bring it back to him next week to track it down car runs fine and brakes are working normally!
He also said he has worked on a lot of this vintage chevy vans and light trucks with similar electrical issues Chevy has lots of ground problems on their electronics it seems!
