Frigidaire Affinity dryer
I have the same problem with a fridgaire affinity dryer I already switched the heating element, the control board and the thermostats and error e61 keeps coming out when I put air dry error e64 shows

I understand that you are having trouble with your Frigidaire Affinity dryer not heating up. There are some things that you are able to try. Yes, the original issue was the control from the beginning. the control is damaged and it cannot register the latch at this point. this is necessary and , it will fix the issue.

I HAVE A FRIGIDAIRE AFFINITY DRYER (AEQ6000CE32). WHENEVER I PUT THE CLOTHES IN IT JUST SPINS FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES AND SHUTS OFF BEFORE THE ALLOTTED TIME. THERE IS NO HEAT IN THE DRYER. ANY SLOUTIONS?

E61 is a line voltage problem, most of the time it means you have the neutral and the L2 wire either reversed or in the wrong position. Verify that the voltage is correct at the plug then at the machine and that you have 240 volts at the terminal block on the back of your dryer.
Hello Scott Joseph Brandt - Since you have already replaced the thermal limiter check your breaker or fuses. Some dryers are run by two separate fuses, one for power and one for heat-ours is. If it is not the power source more than likely the issue lies with your heating coil.
