I have an issue with my hipstreet Flare 2... I Have tryed the hard reset (That would be holding the on/off button, while holding the Volume+ button) I have tried wiping everything. I try wiping my Data and nothing happens... Like litterly..nothing... But when I wipe the cache data it says complete... But try it with the Wipe data... And it's like it freezes. I have also tried it with the SD card. I really need help... :- /

TRY HOLDING VOLUME CONTROL AND ON BUTTON AT THE SAME TIME ... RESET MENU SHOULD COME ON SCREEN

You have turn off the tablet, then hold Power and Volume+ for 10 seconds.

Then choose "wipe data/factory reset". Then choose "Yes - delete all user data" option. Then choose reboot option.

Geraldine, if holding Vol+ & Power button doesn't work, try Vol- & Power button...this worked for mine right out of the box, and now the plus works instead... Once you see the Android logo, let go. Then you can choose to reset the data first, THEN the factory settings... Let me know how it goes... Good luck & try to have fun!!!

If you cant get in on recovery mode there is little you can do - its hosed.

Take out any sdcard that may be in it and do a pin reset using the reset hole in the back of the tablet.
