Make sure it is fully charged. Hold power button down for about 10 seconds and wait if nothing comes up press power again for half a second. Still nothing? Then put it on charge, it should show that it is charging with a light of a picture on the screen. If there is no sign of charging, wait about 3 hours leave the charger connected and press the power button again for about a second and wait for it to turn on or for the picture to show it is charging appears on the screen, (make sure the charger is on and connected) . Press the power button again for another 5 seconds and wait. sometimes it takes a little while to turn on, especially if the battery is very flat. Other things to try are check the charger on another device e.g. another table or a phone if you can and try another charger on the tablet if they are compatible, (usually the same plug is o.k, check the voltage is the same. most chargers are USB 5v). It may need a more powerful charger than most small phones,. you can try plugging the USB cable into a car charger or USB 3.0 port on a computer. 2 amps is common for most tablets. Apple may be different, hard to be exact without knowing brand etc.

With the charger hooked up and plugged in the tablet will only show the battery on the screen briefly to let you know it's charging. It won't actually boot up until it has a sufficient charge. Just let it set that way for a couple of hours then try to power up.
Pop the back cover off. It's real easy - you can use a credit card or even your fingernails. Carefully prise all around the edges. It'll come off quite easily. Looking from the rear with USB port at the bottom, you'll see the left side if the unit is occupied by a large rectangular battery. At the top right of the battery is a connector with six wires. Gently disconnect the connector from the main board. Leave disconnected for about 30-60 seconds and then plug it back in.
Put the back cover back on, and then plug in the charger.
A totally dead battery can prevent the tablet from booting. A technician is the only one that can replace batteries in tablets. Contact the manufacturer for an RMA and repair.
check wires....if it's not broken or damaged.....
check if cable is not broken around connector area or around plug...
check if you connected connector deep enough while charging..... check if connector on tablet is clean, if not, try to clean it, remove dust from inside
If the battery had completely died, it takes awhile for it to come back to life as it charges. If you are using the supplied power adapter, it may only be doing a trickle charge on the battery and so when you try to Energize the Tablet PC, IT BURNS MORE JUICE (ELECTRICITY) THAN WHAT'S BEING SUPPLIED AND THEREFORE WILL NOT COME ON. Be sure that both charger & micro USB connections are Secure and then walk away from it. Maybe get a cup of coffee or something while a charge builds up in the battery. And even then, if you use the Table PC, it may still burn more Energy than what it has received and shutoff, again.
Using my personal experience, I bought a $20 charger from a gas station in Dandridge, TN and that thing put a powerful charge on my cell phone and also my Table PC and they stayed charged for quite some time. Unfortunately, it got left behind - plugged into a hospital bed where it probably remains to this day! I'll have to build a new one or let go a $20 bill and buy another one. That charger that came with the Tablet PC is garbage and now you can see why! Be sure not to overcharge your battery as that can be detrimental to it longevity.
Hi, it seems that battery is totally discharged, that could be the reason of dead table. It should be good if you could check the connectors where the internal charger cable is connected, maybe one or both are damaged too.
