My original Boot lasted 4+ years then the second lasted a year third Boot lasted one month fourth boot lasted four months. We've loaded the machine the same way the whole time, I think my service guy has tunnel vision, he only says we're loading it too full. Pick don't buy that, could inside be out of balance enough to cause this?

I have seen this problem on more than one front loader.
Most of the time it is either the rear drum bearing, or the bearing housing. A quick way to check this is to remove the rear access panel and expose the large pulley and belt assembly. You should find a flat belt, and possibly a spring loaded tensioner (not all models have a tensioner).
Release the tensioner if present, then the belt,
Visually inspect the large bearing located just before the pulley. If it shows a trail of dark grease flowing down then you have found your problem.
If not.
Lift up on the large pulley while keeping an eye on the hanging supports, so they don't dislodge. If the bearing is bad there should already be a quite audible squeal to a very loud roar.
If it is visible, look at the bearing mount to see if there are any metal fragments, or mushrooming.
If the bearing wiggles in it's mount you have a defective bearing mount. If the bearing wiggles on the shaft then you have damaged ball bearings (some have roller bearings).

Hi Kristopher Bellmont, I want to help you with your problem, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box? is 7 years long enough to be harangued by this machine ? there may be a newer one available that no longer does this. donate the old one to the voc tech school and ask them to find the repeating failure. report your findings. because theres no bulletin i have found for fixing it. maybe the manufacturer?
