My refrigerator temperature isn't working - Kenmore Elite 22.4 cu. ft. Bottom Freezer Refrigerator with Adjusta Cube Ice Maker

From the sound of it the temperature control is bad. I'm only stating this because if the cold control (temperature control) isn't converting the temperature to electrical signal properly, the machine will constantly run trying to reach the set temperature the cold control is set at. Question, is there a digital display showing the temperature or did you use a meter or thermometer to check it, and how is the temperature set, by a digital control or a dial, rheostat or any other type of manual control?

This is an odd thing to hear. Normally when the condensor fan (}compressor fan) Isn't running the freezer is the one who's temperature rises and the fridge stays about the same. I would strongly suggest looking at the main control board, just for the simple fact that 9 out of 10 times thats the root of the problem

I have 2 of the LG GM 313SC. Purchased brand new here in the Caribbean (Dominica) Both units when I turned them on for the first time are making a 'clicking' noise that is happening together with blinking lights on the temperature control inside the fridge section.
It isn"t even turning on. The light inside is dim, which the manual says is an indication of a problem, and to call an electrician. I think not, they are brand new and behaving the same way.
Any suggestions
